The referral is linked but the 20% rebate is missing
Check account eligibility, effective referral status, product and trading pair coverage, actual fees charged, and the applicable settlement records. A zero-fee trade, an excluded product or an unsettled record requires different handling under the relevant rules.
For support, gather your UID, transaction times, order or fee records and screenshots without sensitive credentials. You do not need to increase trading volume just to investigate a missing rebate.
Can I correct a code I entered incorrectly?
Before binding is confirmed, follow any editing option provided by the registration flow. After the relationship exists, opening a different referral URL does not change it. Ask official support from the same account.
