USDT to a Bank Account: Fiat Withdrawal vs P2P Sale
USDT cannot be sent to a bank card number. A crypto withdrawal sends tokens to a blockchain address. Receiving fiat in a bank account involves a separate payment process.
For mainland China, PBOC Notice 237 treats overseas exchanges serving mainland residents as illegal financial activity and prohibits financial institutions and payment providers from providing related transfers and settlement. An available ad does not establish permission to use a mainland bank account.
Identify the transaction
| Route | What reaches the destination |
|---|---|
| Crypto withdrawal | Tokens at a matching blockchain address |
| Fiat withdrawal | Supported fiat through a payment channel |
| P2P sale | A payment from the buyer named in an order |
Fiat withdrawals and P2P sales apply only where local rules, the platform and the receiving provider permit the service. Fiat withdrawals require a supported fiat balance; check account ownership, fees and the available channel. The official bank-transfer guide describes a specific supported service, not universal card access.
Check an existing P2P sell order
Read its crypto quantity, expected fiat amount, receiving details and payment window. Use your own receiving account with matching verified ownership. Keep communication in the order.
After a paid marker, open your bank or payment app independently. Match the credit, payer, amount and bank reference to the order. Confirm full receipt before releasing crypto. A screenshot or notification cannot replace the receiving record. See the official sell-order instructions.
Missing funds
For fiat withdrawals, save the withdrawal reference and check the channel status with Binance and the bank. For P2P, use the original order’s appeal process.
Retain order IDs, dates, quantities, fiat amounts, payer details and bank references using the blank record template. Bank restrictions require a separate bank inquiry; an order appeal cannot directly remove them.
Frequently asked questions
Can I withdraw USDT directly to a bank card number?
A bank card number is not a USDT blockchain address. Bank accounts receive fiat through supported payment channels; crypto withdrawals require an address on the selected network.
Can I release crypto when the P2P buyer marks paid?
Verify full receipt in your own receiving account and match the payer to the order. For missing funds, shortfalls or name differences, contact the counterparty and support through that order first.
Does changing cards or splitting orders guarantee receipt?
No. Neither guarantees that a bank will accept the transaction or replaces regional eligibility, payment-provider requirements and receipt checks.
