Binance P2P Order Limits: Minimum, Maximum and Bank Limits
A Binance P2P order limit is the minimum and maximum amount accepted in one order on a particular ad. The advertiser sets it. Available quantity, account restrictions and bank transfer limits are separate checks.
Read the price, range and quantity
The price converts crypto quantity into fiat. The order range controls each order’s size; available quantity shows how much the ad still offers. Also check the payment method, payment window and counterparty conditions. Binance defines these limits at the individual-ad level.
Example: an ad accepts 500–3,000
Assume an ad accepts 500–3,000 fiat units:
| Amount | Meaning |
|---|---|
| 300 | Below this ad’s minimum |
| 1,200 | Within the range; other conditions still apply |
| 3,500 | Above this ad’s maximum |
These are illustrative ad settings, not safe payment thresholds. If the remaining quantity is worth only 1,800 fiat units, a displayed maximum of 3,000 does not establish that 3,000 remains available.
Who can edit the limits?
A taker chooses an existing ad and cannot change its settings. If the amount does not match, filter for another suitable ad rather than increasing your budget to reach its minimum.
An advertiser with posting access can edit their own total amount and limits in ad management. Check the asset, fiat, direction and payment method before saving. Follow the official ad guide for the current interface.
Check bank limits separately
An ad accepting your amount does not establish that your bank permits the payment. Ask whether a restriction concerns one transfer, a daily total or account functionality, and what verification is required. Editing an ad does not change the bank restriction. See the cashout checklist or bank restriction guide.
Frequently asked questions
Can a taker change another advertiser’s order limit?
No. The advertiser controls that ad’s minimum and maximum. Enter an amount within its range or choose another ad that matches your amount, payment method and account conditions.
Is every amount below the advertised maximum available?
Not necessarily. Remaining quantity, payment methods, counterparty conditions and account status also matter. Check your bank’s available transfer limit separately.
What if the remaining ad balance is below its minimum?
The remaining balance cannot cover the advertiser’s minimum order. The advertiser can adjust their own limit or close and repost the ad under the platform’s rules. A taker cannot edit it.
