USDT to RMB: Selling, Withdrawals and Payment Checks
Cashing out USDT means selling an asset and receiving fiat. A blockchain withdrawal alone does not put RMB in a bank account.
Mainland China restricts these services: Article 9 of the 2021 notice prohibits financial institutions and non-bank payment institutions from providing accounts, transfers and settlement for virtual-currency-related business. The PBOC reaffirmed its prohibitive policy in November 2025. Platform escrow does not authorize an RMB payment route.
Which operation are you using?
| Operation | What arrives | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Blockchain withdrawal | USDT at an external address | Network, address and network fee |
| Exchange fiat withdrawal | A supported fiat currency at your bank | Currency, region and bank eligibility |
| P2P sale | Fiat paid by another user | Quote, receiving details and actual receipt |
A fiat withdrawal requires a supported account feature; support for another currency does not establish RMB support. In Binance P2P, your counterparty pays you rather than the platform making a bank withdrawal.
Check an eligible P2P sale
Use a service only where your location, account and payment institution permit it:
- Select Sell USDT and verify the fiat currency and quantity.
- Read the buyer’s terms, price and order limits. Use your own verified receiving account.
- Check the actual payment and payer inside your bank or payment app.
- Release only after full receipt; use order support for discrepancies.
A screenshot or paid status is insufficient; the official selling steps require checking receipt. Compare the quote, platform charges and payment-provider charges separately. Check the current P2P fee page.
Keep the order ID, chat and matching payment record. If your bank restricts the account, ask it for the reason and required documents. Do not improvise a refund to a different account. See the bank-restriction checklist.
Frequently asked questions
Can I send USDT directly to a bank card?
No. A blockchain withdrawal delivers USDT to a compatible address. Receiving fiat requires a separately available and permitted conversion and payment service.
Does escrow guarantee a safe bank payment?
No. Escrow reserves the crypto in an order. It does not guarantee the buyer’s source of funds, prevent bank restrictions or authorize the payment method.
Can I release crypto when the buyer marks the order paid?
Check your receiving account for the full payment and matching payer first. If the amount or name differs, pause release and contact order support.
