Quick answer: no payment, no release

A C2C buyer not paid means you created a Binance C2C sell order, but the buyer did not transfer fiat to your receiving account within the order window. The rule is brutal and simple: no real payment, no crypto release.

Binance C2C uses escrow. Your USDT is locked in the order until you confirm receipt. If you do not click randomly, the escrow process still protects you.

C2C is a rule-based process, not a shouting contest.

Step 1: check order status

Open Binance App → C2C → Orders → current order.

Check:

  1. Did the buyer click “paid”?
  2. How much time is left?
  3. Is there any explanation in order chat?
  4. Did your receiving account truly receive funds?

If the buyer did not click paid, wait until timeout and cancel. If the buyer clicked paid but you received nothing, prepare an appeal.

Step 2: keep communication inside order chat

Use this message:

Hi, I have not received the payment for this order. Please upload official payment proof in this order chat and confirm that the payer name matches the platform identity. I will not release crypto before real payment arrival.

This creates a clean evidence trail. Do not move to external chat.

Step 3: check real payment records

Screenshots are not money. Your account statement is money.

Step 4: when to cancel and when to appeal

Buyer clicked paid but no funds arrivedAppeal
Payer name mismatchDo not release; appeal
Partial paymentAsk to complete or appeal
Buyer asks to change payment methodRefuse and keep order rules

The key distinction: no “paid” click usually means cancellation; false “paid” claim means appeal.

Appeal materials

Prepare:

  1. Order detail screenshot
  2. Order chat screenshot
  3. Receiving account statement showing no arrival
  4. Buyer payment proof
  5. Receiving account identity screenshot

Keep it factual and short. Platforms process evidence, not emotional essays.

Essentially, safe C2C is not about trusting a stranger. It is about using escrow, order chat, identity matching, and appeal tools.
