Binance P2P Buyer Has Not Paid: Timer, Paid Marker and Appeal
Check the order status and your receiving account before deciding that a P2P buyer has not paid. Release crypto only after verifying full receipt. A paid marker records the buyer’s action; it does not prove that your account was credited.

A buyer may have initiated a transfer without marking paid. Check the account and conversation before cancellation. Do not resolve an existing payment dispute by repeatedly canceling and replacing orders. The official selling guide requires sellers to verify receipt themselves.
Establish what arrived
Open the receiving app independently. Search its transaction history by currency, amount, receiving account and payment time. Distinguish a posted credit from a pending or failed transfer; an SMS or total balance is insufficient.
In order chat, identify the expected amount and the time checked. Ask for the payment time, payer name and payment proof. Requesting evidence does not mean requesting another payment.
Prepare evidence and request help
Keep the order ID, receiving details, timer and paid status, the relevant account statement, the buyer’s receipt and the conversation. Match bank references with the order separately. Preserve originals and provide additional documents requested in the case. State that no matching credit was found rather than assuming fraud.
