Still processing

Save the status, amount, network and submission time. Follow the record’s instructions. A missing TxID alone is not proof that the withdrawal failed.

Pending on-chain

Open the TxID from the withdrawal details. Use the explorer for the selected network. Check the recipient’s required confirmations rather than assuming a universal waiting time.

Successful, but not credited

Compare the asset, network, receiving address and any required Memo/Tag. Report mismatches to the receiving platform. Recovery requires investigation; it is not guaranteed. See Binance’s wrong-address guidance.

USDT, amount X, network Y, TxID Z, submitted at T. Withdrawal status: A. Explorer status: B. The receiving account shows no credit. Attached: withdrawal and deposit records.
